This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in shaping the planning, forecasting, and support strategies for our Provider Organization.
• Transform data into actionable insights that inform staffing, enhance service delivery, and facilitate informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational, finance, and workforce management teams to develop effective planning models, proactively identify risks, and devise solutions that empower teams to serve customers confidently.
• Design and sustain demand forecasting and supply planning models that aid the organization in anticipating staffing requirements and maintaining service quality.
• Examine contact volume, business trends, productivity, costs, and operational shifts to pinpoint staffing risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Work alongside finance, operations, and workforce management teams to clearly communicate forecast drivers, variance trends, and mitigation strategies in a practical manner.
• Facilitate capacity planning discussions, including hiring strategies, inventory assessments, and short-term staffing check-ins, while presenting data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage data and predictive analysis to narrate a coherent story, influence decision-making, and support strategic workforce planning objectives.
• Recognize and implement process enhancements that bolster forecasting accuracy, improve operational expense results, and promote superior customer service.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and executive-ready insights to address inquiries related to capacity, staffing, and budgeting.
• Cultivate strong relationships across matrix partners and disseminate best practices that enable the team to learn, develop, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Over 5 years of experience in advanced data analysis, financial analytics, resource planning, workforce management, or similar operational planning roles.
• Proven experience in building or enhancing forecasting, capacity planning, or management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis; experience with macros is advantageous.
• Capability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and convey insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust within a matrix organization.
• Experience leading planning meetings, managing priorities, and adhering to deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives, resolve challenges, and drive measurable business results.
