Resource Planner I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers in the healthcare sector to verify inventory levels and arrange onsite services.

• Facilitate work planning and scheduling among various teams and client representatives.

• Evaluate the schedules of field service engineers.

• Input client information into Salesforce/ServiceMax.

• Order and monitor parts necessary for onsite services.

• Assign work orders to field service engineers.

• Coordinate services between vendors and onsite teams.

• Organize travel arrangements for technicians providing onsite field services.

• Utilize mapping software to identify efficient and cost-effective routes.

• Track new work-order requirements and electronic dashboards.

• Ensure that tasks are completed within SLA and contractual deadlines.

• Keep technician calendars accurate through daily check-ins.

• Identify, investigate, and escalate any discrepancies found.

• Conduct Level 2 reviews of completed work orders by technicians.

• Review and promptly close work orders.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

• Basic experience in Salesforce/ServiceMax or similar platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Familiarity with cloud-based software applications.

• Awareness of customer needs and capability to coordinate and interact with cross-functional teams.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus 1–3 years of call center and/or customer service experience, OR an Associate’s degree or higher and/or Trade School diploma with at least 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience.

• Capability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for durations exceeding 4 hours.
