This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Precision Estimation: Develop material and labor estimates for single and multi-residential double brick projects utilizing Beams Estimating software.
• Contract Administration: Draft, review, and issue HIA/Master Builders residential contracts and addenda tailored for clients in Western Australia.
• Software Management: Oversee the Beams database, ensuring that price files, supplier rates, and cost centers are consistently updated and precise.
• Variation Processing: Handle "post-contract" variations, ensuring that all modifications are accurately costed, documented, and receive approval prior to the commencement of construction.
• Supplier Liaison: Solicit and evaluate quotes from subcontractors based in WA; generate Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders via the Beams system.
• General Business Support: Aid the AU project team in workflow scheduling, permit tracking, and the maintenance of precise project folders within the company CRM.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of SOPs across the business to streamline and optimize processes.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Residential Estimating within Western Australia, with a strong preference for individuals who have also engaged in AU Contract Administration.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of WA building standards, particularly regarding double brick construction, plate heights, and cavity specifications.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Beams Software (Estimating, CAD Takeoff, and Scheduling modules) is preferred and considered advantageous.
• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Communication: Proficient in professional English (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with site supervisors and suppliers based in Australia.
