Research Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and execute specific project tasks, such as contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, and purchase orders, to ensure successful delivery.

• Offer administrative and logistical support to facilitate timely completion of tasks.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the research team and clients.

• Anticipate project milestones and assist in the design of innovative research activities.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and client meetings.

• Prepare screeners, questionnaires, tab specifications, code frames, and sections for presentations.

• Accurately verify data tables and perform quantitative analysis when necessary.

• Contribute to the development of proposals.

• Mentor and support junior colleagues while providing on-the-job coaching and feedback to Research Assistants.

• Assist with costings and effectively manage projects and client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Degree or Master’s in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in a research or professional services organization.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a research-based project support role within the healthcare or life sciences sector.

• Capability to apply relevant quantitative research methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in drafting materials and sections of presentations.

• Good analytical and interpretive skills for data.

• Solid skills in project management.

• Basic skills in coaching.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
