Research Consultant – Recruitments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Targeting, influencing, and qualifying passive talent identified and presented by the Associate Search Consultant to the longlist stage in the search process, serving as the expert on each project and providing analysis of market data to effectively advise and influence clients.

• Alongside the Principal Consultant, participate in external project calls and meetings to understand the requirements.

• Contribute to the formulation of the search strategy, identifying suitable sectors and companies for the search and methods to find appropriate candidates.

• Agree on internal delivery timelines and objectives.

• Utilize our internal search system, Clockwork, to update and track each longlisted candidate approached and influenced throughout the process.

• Enhance Clockwork with high-quality information for presenting mapping, project status, and longlist either as ‘live data’ or in report format.

• Engage with candidates to understand their motivations and conduct initial assessments, qualifying candidates’ suitability based on key criteria.

• Draft content-rich and high-quality profiles for all longlisted individuals.

• Identify and effectively collect information relevant to the search, including the client company’s reputation, competitiveness in remuneration, market trends, and the quality of available talent in the target area.

• Write comprehensive executive dashboards that convey your market findings.

• Identify and communicate any risks to the project, so solutions can be developed within project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a retained executive search environment.

• Proven experience in working with and influencing clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in writing profiles and reports.

• Fluency in an additional language is an advantage.
