This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Support the preparation of proposals, protocols, and reports through internet and literature research.
• Conduct literature reviews by extracting data from scientific publications.
• Engage in and supervise site recruitment, contracting, IRB submissions, site management, and site training, including tracking enrollment and scheduling.
• Oversee data management tasks, including data entry and review. Aid in data analysis by preparing qualitative code books, performing and supervising coding, and reviewing quantitative data tables. Conduct one-on-one cognitive interviews, co-moderate focus groups, and compile data collection tools. Manage data extraction (epidemiological and clinical data) and model programming (significant components of models).
• Facilitate effective delegation and communication both within the project team and externally.
• Assist with financial oversight.
• Offer scientific support for the implementation of simulation models (e.g., discrete event simulation) and other decision-analytic models (e.g., Markov, individual state-transition, survival partition) to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of healthcare interventions.
• Collaborate with project managers on various projects, including drafting sections of project deliverables (reports, dossiers, protocols, spreadsheets, etc.), and contribute to the preparation of abstracts, manuscripts, and project proposals (e.g., gathering relevant materials, drafting background sections, conducting scoping searches, and developing project budgets).
• Attend client meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
• Master’s Degree in a scientific field with at least one year of experience in healthcare research; or Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field with a minimum of two years of healthcare research experience.
• Coursework in implementation science and/or practical experience with implementation science studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic comprehension of research methodologies.
• Foundational understanding of implementation science theories, models, frameworks, and/or behavioral theories, models, and frameworks.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Travel required 10–30% of the time.
