This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist project teams in gathering and synthesizing information (e.g., performing literature reviews and policy assessments)
• Prepare and aid in the collection of primary source data through interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Engage in the collection and evaluation of research and assessment data
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to the reporting and interpretation of results
• Create documents, sections of reports, briefs, charts, and graphs that detail and explain the findings of analyses
• Assist with proposal writing and business development efforts
• Support project management activities, including the development of project timelines, coordination of meetings, and monitoring of project progress
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields
• Direct experience with Medicaid policy and/or data is essential
• Experience in conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
• Familiarity with or experience working on analyses using Python or R is highly preferred
