This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support project teams in gathering and synthesizing information (e.g., performing literature reviews and policy analyses)
• Assist with primary source data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys
• Engage in the collection and evaluation of research and assessment data
• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative research data and aid in the reporting and interpretation of results
• Create documents, sections of reports, briefs, charts, and graphs that convey and elucidate findings from analyses
• Aid in proposal writing and business development initiatives
• Assist with project management responsibilities, including creating project timelines, coordinating meetings, and monitoring project progress
• Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related disciplines
• Required direct experience with Medicaid policy and/or data
• Experience in conducting quantitative and/or qualitative data collection
• Familiarity with or experience analyzing data using Python or R is highly desirable
