This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
⢠Support project teams while enhancing your skills and experience.
⢠Collaborate closely with project managers and senior staff to ensure projects remain on schedule, deliver responsive technical assistance to client partners, and contribute to high-quality outputs.
⢠Take meeting notes during project team discussions; summarize and distribute the notes post-meeting; and create follow-up tasks for team members in our project management software.
⢠Work alongside the project lead to consistently review the project management plan, summarize project status for the project lead, identify areas needing follow-up, and draft agendas for team meetings.
⢠Collaborate with the project lead to draft communications for clients, meeting agendas, project invoicing status updates, and other relevant communications.
⢠Provide proactive and responsive technical assistance (training, support, coaching on technical tasks related to our projects) to client partners in alignment with project objectives.
⢠Monitor process and outcome data to identify data quality issues and support organizations in addressing emerging challenges.
⢠Engage in technical assistance activities by offering logistical support for trainings, preparing handouts, or assisting with client inquiries.
⢠Aid in data collection and analysis tasks, such as entering or organizing survey responses, preparing focus group guides, or summarizing participant feedback.
⢠Identify relevant articles for a literature review, highlight key themes, and create summaries to bolster project research.
⢠Recognize key learnings and enhancements from projects and contribute innovative approaches to our knowledge management and best practice teams.
⢠Commitment to equity and social impact with a demonstrated interest in at least one of Omniās core areas: Community Health, Behavioral Health, Adult & Juvenile Justice, Economic Security, or Children & Families.
⢠Proven project coordination skills, including experience in tracking tasks, managing meeting notes and agendas, drafting communications, and supporting project workflows.
⢠Training or experience in applied research methods (qualitative or quantitative), typically requiring a masterās degree or a bachelorās degree with a minimum of two years of work experience.
⢠Experience in providing technical assistanceāsuch as training, coaching, or resource developmentāthat aids community partners in strengthening their capacity and achieving project objectives.
⢠Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging respectfully with diverse community partners and translating technical or complex information for various audiences clearly.
⢠A sense of curiosity and adaptability, with a readiness to tackle new projects, explore unfamiliar content areas, and acquire new skills and methods.
⢠Strong attention to detail and accountability, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards in project work.
⢠Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
