Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• As our inaugural Research Associate, you will be instrumental in developing the operational framework that enables Nourish's upcoming clinical research initiatives.

• Take ownership of the systems, processes, and execution of studies from protocol design to data collection.

• Create and implement IRB protocols for key clinical studies of strategic significance.

• Oversee patient recruitment, compose white papers and conference abstracts, and contribute to peer-reviewed publications.

• Collaborate closely with clinical operations, product, data, and commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in a health-related discipline is required; a PhD is also welcomed.

• You have led the operational execution of prospective clinical research.

• You possess a proven history of research writing.

• You are self-motivated and quick to adapt.

• You excel in cross-functional collaboration, preferably within a digital health or health technology setting.

• You are adept at handling operational data.
