This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a versatile resource to engage in various activities that support the execution and management of projects and programs.

• Depending on business needs, may provide support to the following functional areas: Research Operations Endpoint and Specialty Services.

• Site Operations.

• Data Management.

• Quality Control.

• Trial Master File.

• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and effective resolution of issues.

• Carry out a range of general administrative duties, including filing, copying, and preparing shipments for assigned projects.

• Upload critical documents into the eTMF system.

• Conduct quality control reviews of project-specific documentation and assist with the submission of documents to the Trial Master File.

• Help in sending project supplies to study sites and track their receipt.

• Aid in monitoring receipt, entry, upload, reviews, and feedback to investigational sites regarding endpoint testing.

• Assist with query management.

• Serve as a study coordinator for specific projects as necessary.

• Support user access requests, including user reconciliation.

• Perform general data reviews of study data in EDCs.

• Engage in additional activities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• GED or high school diploma is required.

• Nursing or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of professional experience (clinical research experience is preferred).

• A higher degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheet databases and word processing.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to foster group effort and achievement.

• Capable of quickly shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely task completion.

• Skilled in managing conflicts and resolving problems efficiently.

• Ability to follow directions to complete daily tasks.
