Research Analyst – Custom Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are consistently met and all logistics are effectively managed.

• Provide assistance in various research facets throughout operational phases of the project, including survey proofing, data cleaning, data charting, data verification, and recruitment updates.

• Record client calls and internal meetings, ensuring relevant feedback is shared with the appropriate projects and that documentation is accessible for team collaboration.

• Enhance client deliverables by developing presentations, identifying case studies, and conducting desk research that contributes to overall insights and narratives.

• Handle logistical challenges related to fielding, data processing, and vendor management, while also identifying areas for process enhancement.

• Proactively communicate your availability, capacity, and contributions to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in quantitative market research and analysis.

• Experience in qualitative market research and analysis is a plus.

• Client-facing experience is advantageous.

• An intellectually curious mindset with a strong passion for research and understanding people.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable in both collaborative team settings and self-directed roles.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
