This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in fulfilling reporting obligations for trial balances, abnormal balance reports, notes-to-statements reconciliations, SF-133, and various internal and external federal reporting requirements.
β’ Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to outline the purpose, logic, filters, hierarchies, layouts, and drill-down specifications for reports.
β’ Convert reporting requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams on configuration and development tasks.
β’ Ensure reliable outputs by validating data mappings, account relationships, metadata, TAS/USSGL-related structures, and the alignment from source to report.
β’ Conduct report testing, reconciliations, and defect identification to verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of outputs across source data, OneStream, and downstream reporting needs.
β’ Aid in the creation of report inventories, specifications, test scripts, validation evidence, and deployment documentation.
β’ Detect reporting gaps, data quality concerns, mapping errors, and control issues that may impact reporting reliability or certification readiness.
β’ Assist with UAT, user confirmation testing, training readiness, and preparations for going live with reporting capabilities.
β’ Support stabilization efforts by troubleshooting reporting issues, refining outputs, and ensuring a smooth documentation handoff to sustainment teams.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of federal financial reporting structures, reconciliations, metadata, source-to-report mapping, and report validation.
β’ Proficiency in translating business and accounting reporting needs into functional specifications and testable reporting logic.
β’ Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks such as trial balances, financial statements, notes support, abnormal balances, and GTAS-related outputs is preferred.
β’ Excellent coordination skills among finance, accounting, data, and technical teams.
β’ Strong documentation abilities for report inventories, specifications, validation results, and knowledge transfer materials.
β’ Capability to assist with cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities.
β’ Experience with the Department of Defense is a plus.
