This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for the design, development, and maintenance of reports, extracts, and dashboards within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Consistently create reports, Radar content, and Dashboards utilizing Slicer Dicer and Reporting Workbench.
• Maintain effective communication with end users to outline report specifications and set a timeline for development, validation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with application and clinical team members as necessary to comprehend underlying workflows and identify relevant information in Chronicles to ensure complete and accurate data provision.
• Expected to participate in weekly team and all-staff meetings to stay updated on current projects and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• Relevant certifications in Epic Reporting are advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in report development, particularly in healthcare reporting within Epic EHR systems.
• Experience with Epic’s Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Slicer Dicer is preferred.
• Familiarity with configuring reporting for various service areas within the Community Connect network is desirable.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and knowledge of programming languages are essential.
• Understanding of data structure concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
