Repair Technician, Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods directly in customers’ residences.

• Read and adhere to manufacturers’ manuals and instructions.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

• Utilize a mobile phone for work-related responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturers’ manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation for travel to and from repair locations.

• Possess own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers might be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state regulations for the vehicle utilized.

• Must successfully complete background and drug screenings.

• Driving contractors are required to undergo an MVR check.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in mobile phone usage.

• Strong communication skills.
