Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer's manuals and repair guidelines.

• Offer outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

• Fulfill necessary compliance, background checks, drug screenings, and driving record evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions.

• Personal transportation to and from repair sites is required.

• Possession of hand and power tools is necessary.

• Experience and mechanical skills to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is required.

• Must meet insurance and vehicle registration criteria.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Adhere to state regulations for the vehicle utilized.

• Successful completion of background and drug screenings is mandatory.

• An MVR is required for driving contractors.

• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.

• Must be tech-savvy with a mobile phone.

• Excellent communication skills are required.
