Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, evaluate, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or maintenance of consumer goods at client locations.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to high-end clientele.

• Utilize a mobile phone for job-related responsibilities.

• Travel to various repair locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and capability to assess, diagnose, evaluate, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers’ manuals and repair guidelines.

• Reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Possession of hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration regulations.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state laws regarding the vehicle used for work purposes.

• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

• Driving contractors must clear an MVR check.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically proficient with mobile phone use.
