This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the in-house marketing, promotion, and sales of cosmetic products.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge about the history of the products and companies, and effectively communicate this to customers as part of the promotional efforts.

• Employ creativity to establish and design necessary displays in designated areas.

• Engage in significant point-of-sale interactions with customers, which is both expected and essential.

• Positively influence the sales volume of the assigned products.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred one year of experience in makeup sales or as a makeup artist.

• Energetic individual who is comfortable approaching and engaging with store customers.

• Enjoys persuading customers positively.

• Possesses strong sales skills.

• Goal-driven.

• Fun and outgoing personality.

• Capable of performing basic beauty makeup.

• Available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods as needed.

• Physical capability to stand for long durations.
