Renovation and Construction Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver training and continuous support to sales teams regarding renovation and construction loan programs.

• Assess and assist in maintaining the current guidelines for renovation and construction lending.

• Create and optimize internal processes for renovation and construction loan workflows.

• Examine construction contracts and renovation bids for precision and feasibility.

• Supervise renovation and construction projects to ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Detect and address issues related to project delays, cost overruns, or quality problems.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing advice to borrowers, loan officers, and internal teams on best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in renovation and construction.

• Ensure adherence to lending regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.

• Act as a mediator to resolve disputes or concerns among borrowers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Identify and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in renovation and construction lending.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage residential real estate or construction lending is preferred.

• Familiarity with Encompass and Land Gorilla Construction Loan Manager is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in problem-solving.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.

• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
