This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations for designated customer accounts
• Collaborate with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations
• Concentrate on recurring revenue and software asset management
• Foster customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty
• Grasp CPQ quoting and license auditing for client interactions
• Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new customers
• Work closely with customers on renewals throughout the Customer Journey
• Recognize accounts at risk and implement necessary actions
• Actively manage and cultivate customer relationships
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable role
• Familiarity with privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.
• Comfort in interacting directly with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical clients, ideally at the director level
• Capability to understand high-level technical aspects of the product
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
