This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee a portfolio of renewals, ensuring the effective and timely execution of renewal processes and contract finalization.
• Assist in the renewal deal cycle by engaging directly with customers through online video calls, email, phone, or in-person meetings (when feasible).
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and/or Sales teams to deliver seamless customer support throughout the renewal cycle, particularly in cases that involve expansion or add-on opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate all matters related to renewals.
• Manage the commercial aspects of customer transitions from Anaplan's legacy products to newer offerings, including strategic evaluations of the current customer landscape and conversion proposals that optimize customer use of Anaplan.
• Address inquiries from customers and/or the Go-To-Market Organization (internally) regarding any aspect of the renewal process.
• Review, interpret, and validate contract terms and conditions; closely collaborate with finance, deal desk, and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurate. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Process both standard and complex quotes, auto-renewal notifications, and orders using Salesforce.com.
• Maintain an accurate rolling forecast of renewals for a 180-day period within your territory.
• Archive and manage all contractual documentation.
• Resolve issues through research and consultation with internal support teams to identify the necessary tools for success.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management.
• Comprehensive understanding of most deal support/commercial topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of legal conditions.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Capability to learn about our products and their value to Anaplan's customers.
• Ability to thoroughly understand Anaplan's corporate goals and objectives and incorporate these into the design of renewal proposals.
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks while meeting daily deadlines.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems – experience with SFDC is advantageous.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
