Relocation Consultant, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a network of external consultants to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with relocators as their primary point of contact.

• Engage with relocators through the PerchPeek app and via consultative phone calls.

• Address challenging or intricate inquiries from relocators using sound judgement.

• Assist relocators in comprehending their company's relocation policy.

• Suggest and coordinate additional relocation services from various providers.

• Ensure data integrity and the effective implementation of processes.

• Work alongside other Relocation Coaches to foster innovative problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work during GMT/CET business hours is essential.

• Proficiency in both verbal and written English is required.

• Familiarity or personal experience with major cities and lifestyle practices in the UK and Europe is preferred.

• Experience living or relocating within the UK or Europe is a bonus.

• Additional languages that would be beneficial include French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or knowledge of the MENA region.
