Reimbursement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Delivers expert-level proficiency in identifying, validating, and processing reimbursement claims for all FBA-related matters, such as inbound losses, damaged inventory, misclassified fees, erroneous charges, and other related inconsistencies.

• Guarantees precise tracking, prompt resolution, and enhancement of reimbursement procedures.

• Candidates with advanced expertise will have experience in developing or maintaining automated reimbursement software, facilitating scalable and efficient claim management.

• Prior experience reconciling inbound discrepancies is strongly preferred.

⛳️ Requirements

• Identify, validate, and file reimbursement claims for FBA-related issues, including lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and incorrect fees.

• Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

• Analyze reimbursement patterns to pinpoint recurring issues and implement preventative strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address inventory discrepancies and billing mistakes.

• Build, maintain, or enhance automated reimbursement tools and workflows (applicable to candidates at an advanced level).

• Generate reports and provide insights for optimizing reimbursement processes.

• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.

• Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and identify inbound lost discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures.

• Expertise in reimbursement claim procedures and case filings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and underlying causes.

• Familiarity with automated reimbursement software is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple cases concurrently and work independently.

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards.
