This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Configure, maintain, and verify client product setups, including user access, portal logins, password management, product-line configurations, and mailbox setups.
• Establish and sustain Direct Repair Program (DRP) configurations to enable repair facilities to receive electronic assignments from insurance providers.
• Input setup details for new customer rollouts and manage ongoing maintenance after implementation rollouts based on specifications given by implementation teams.
• Examine incoming requests, adhere to documented procedures, and utilize available resources to ascertain the suitable setup, routing, or response.
• Address inquiries from both internal and external customers concerning setup, access, configuration maintenance, routing, and product support.
• Diagnose access and setup problems, escalating or collaborating with internal teams when further assistance is required.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Client Support, Automotive Services Group, and other internal teams to address requests and clarify customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records to support ongoing configuration management.
• Handle a high volume of detail-oriented tasks while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• College degree is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, or managing information.
• Capability to organize and prioritize multiple requests while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
• Comfort in following documented processes, adapting to workflow changes, and recognizing when additional guidance is necessary.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customers effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
