This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Supervise the processes of enrollment, registration, course modifications, and withdrawals.
• Oversee section limits and balance honors/classics offerings with Canvas courses.
• Execute waitlist resolution strategies.
• Prevent instances of duplicate enrollments, inappropriate course repeats, and violations of prerequisites.
• Assist with backup placements for courses.
• Manage student records, transcripts, enrollment confirmations, and transfer documentation.
• Ensure adherence to FERPA, records retention standards, and expectations set by state partners.
• Track academic eligibility for AP courses, honors programs, world language advancement, and tier placements.
• Coordinate documentation for 504 plans and IEPs, and facilitate mentor participation in IEP meetings.
• Maintain relationships with Third-Party Partners, including renewals and deactivations.
• Disseminate academic updates to partner schools.
• Collaborate with Academic Advisors, Finance, IT, Special Programs, and the Headmaster Team.
• Manage exceptions in enrollment, overrides, and cross-functional problem transactions.
• Support back-to-school events and other significant academic milestones.
• Administer SIS permissions and roles related to registration.
• Provide training to internal team members on SIS workflows and registration procedures.
• Maintain dashboards for forecasting enrollment and aligning staffing.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and visibility of data.
• Analyze enrollment trends, identify failure patterns, and recognize indicators of at-risk students.
• Monitor funding holds, mapping discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts.
• Track student placements and support retention through accurate placement and proactive solutions.
• Offer Tier 2 registration assistance to families and redirect academic advising inquiries.
• Contribute to strategic enrollment planning and capacity management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong systems thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of student information systems and online learning platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple data points and adapt swiftly during peak enrollment periods.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in school operations, registration, or academic support is highly desirable.
• Availability for full-time work with a flexible schedule to accommodate seasonal summer and winter surges.
• Must possess focus, adaptability, and a consistent approach to follow-through.
