Registered Nurse – Home Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients within their homes, ensuring compliance with established care plans.

• Perform patient evaluations and monitor vital signs to assess health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.

• Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care results.

• Record patient progress and uphold precise health documentation.

• Aid patients with daily living tasks to improve comfort and overall quality of life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.

• At least 1 year of nursing experience, ideally within home health or community environments.

• Strong clinical evaluation and critical thinking abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

• Empathetic disposition with a patient-focused approach to care.

• Competent in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
