Registered Nurse – AI ChatBot Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and review AI-generated responses from a health coaching agent to ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and accuracy of clinical content.

• Operate asynchronously on a specialized review platform.

• Conduct concise, structured assessments to aid in the training and enhancement of AI models for patient-oriented health guidance.

• Score the responses of the AI agent using a pre-established rubric across a substantial volume of items.

• Identify responses that may pose risks to patients, such as overlooked warning signs, unsafe recommendations, and failure to escalate or refer to appropriate care.

• Evaluate the factual accuracy, completeness, and alignment with guidelines of the clinical content.

• Offer brief, specific justifications for any failed responses along with general suggestions for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license valid in the US.

• At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, patient safety, and boundaries of scope-of-practice.

• Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation or review tasks.

• Comfortable utilizing structured review tools and digital platforms.

• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.

• Legal right to work in the resident country.

• Capability to work as an independent contractor.
