Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a dedicated panel of clients focused on preventing, managing, or reversing chronic metabolic conditions.

• Provide virtual counseling through video calls, phone conversations, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage behavior change, boost engagement, and enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with L-Nutra's Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews.

• Work with healthcare providers to collect lab results, glucose monitoring data, and medication modifications.

• Develop educational resources, evidence-based handouts, and innovative content for members.

• Produce monthly blog entries and multimedia resources related to our proprietary technology and diabetes program.

• Engage with social media communities and initiatives to enhance member participation.

• Identify ways to improve the member experience and suggest enhancements.

• Facilitate group coaching sessions.

• Create and deliver webinars, including potential in-person presentations.

• Keep accurate and timely records of all counseling sessions (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.).

• Assist with coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis.

• Provide insights to enhance the integration of coaching services within the software platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as we grow.

• Embody L-Nutra's values, mission, and commitment to clinical excellence in every interaction.

• Serve as a reliable resource for prospective members and healthcare providers interested in the program.

• Be prepared to work occasional pre-scheduled hours outside of standard business hours to meet member needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Strong abilities in time management, organization, and prioritization.

• Preferred

• RD Licensure in Florida.

• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or consumer health product sectors.

• Knowledge of patient-centric digital healthcare models.
