Regional SAP Maintenance Super Key User

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and set up SAP PM structures, which include equipment hierarchies, task lists, maintenance plans, and workflows.

• Act as the regional functional owner of the SAP PM system, focusing on the continuous enhancement of SAP functionalities to meet business requirements.

• Utilize CMMS to enhance the spare parts management system, supporting both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

• Identify and execute improvements in the SAP system, including workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and process simplifications.

• Serve as the regional SAP subject matter expert by creating and delivering training programs for planners, supervisors, and core team members.

• Develop SAP work instructions and promote the adoption of standardized SAP processes across all locations.

• Facilitate accurate reporting for PM compliance, backlog, and breakdown metrics by assisting in the creation of dashboards and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all bakeries.

• Maintain master data standards to ensure accurate systems governing work order closures and failure coding, eliminating duplicate and obsolete parts.

• Collaborate with IT on upgrades and fixes to enhance and improve SAP functionalities.

• Align SAP PM with SAP MM to optimize material planning and minimize emergency purchases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.

• 5-10+ years of experience in Maintenance with a leadership role implementing SAP PM.

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance.

• Experience within a plant maintenance organization in the FMCG industry.

• Knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations.

• Exceptional communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a collaborative team environment.

• Technical proficiency in the maintenance sector of the FMCG industry, with extensive knowledge of SAP MM integration.

• Significant experience in SAP PM and work management systems.

• Advanced skills in SAP, along with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting.

• Proven capabilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team-building, with a mindset focused on systems thinking and improved data quality.
