• Oversee and service food retail accounts including REWE, EDEKA, and Kaufland in the field.
• Ensure optimal distribution of products and create effective secondary shelf placements.
• Analyze the market and pinpoint growth opportunities for clients.
• Schedule and record customer visits within the CRM system.
• Conduct competitive analysis and engage in trade fairs.
• Completed vocational training in commerce or a degree focused on Sales/Distribution.
• Several years of experience in the food retail industry (LEH), preferably in FMCG field sales.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight in hotels.
• Valid driving license (Class B).
• 30 days of paid annual leave each year.
