📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Manager holds a crucial leadership position in promoting K–12 literacy and multisensory math initiatives across mid-sized to larger school districts within a designated area.

• This role is directly accountable for achieving and surpassing established sales targets and objectives while overseeing and nurturing a team of Regional Account Executives.

• Utilizing the company's reputable brand recognition, the Regional Sales Manager and their team will enhance the reach of 95 Percent Group's literacy and math curricula, diagnostic assessments, professional development, and instructional resources across various districts and school locations.

• Collaborating with school administrators and educators, the Regional Sales Manager will spearhead a consultative discovery process, guiding their team in proposing customized solutions that align with each district's reading and math objectives.

• The Regional Sales Manager and their team will expand the company's sales pipeline and drive revenue growth through comprehensive business development activities, which include generating and following up on leads from the website, company events, and marketing initiatives; qualifying prospects; emphasizing the value of 95 Percent Group's products and services; and presenting compelling value propositions that set the company's offerings apart.

• This position also involves strengthening existing client relationships to secure renewals, promote expansion, and ensure complete implementation of the company's solutions.

• Client support activities consist of attending conferences, participating in company events, and engaging in sales meetings.

• Success in this position demands a resilient, strategic mindset and the capability to balance active team leadership with proactive business development.

• The ideal candidate will possess consultative selling skills, a robust network of district-level contacts, and a sincere dedication to cultivating long-term partnerships that enhance literacy and math outcomes on a broad scale.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership and management success in K–12 sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• A minimum of 3 years of elementary teaching experience, particularly in grades K–3; experience as a reading/literacy or MTSS/RTI coach is advantageous.

• Knowledge of the Science of Reading, including familiarity with LETRS training or Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling.

• Understanding of literacy instruction methodologies, reading intervention strategies, and evidence-based reading practices.

• Familiarity with multisensory math programs and a dedication to maximizing student potential.

• A broad network of district and school contacts, including elementary principals, literacy coaches, curriculum staff, ELL, special education, and Title I personnel.

• A strong passion for enhancing literacy and math achievement for all students.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills across various media and formats.

• Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.

• An energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and robust work ethic.

• Proficient in technology, including MS Office, CRM platforms, iPad, and webinar tools.

• Comfortable utilizing AI and open to enhancing AI literacy as new tools emerge.

• Communication and leadership style that reflects 95 Percent Group's mission, values, and commitment to fostering effective team relationships.
