This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Lead, coach, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
• Assist sales representatives through customer visits, collaborative sales calls, and account development.
• Establish and enhance long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Explore markets, pinpoint growth opportunities, and remain updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Oversee and nurture key regional customer accounts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and guide both Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Facilitate sales meetings and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.
• Encourage effective utilization of CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their current and future equipment rental requirements.
• Steer customer negotiations and support major account opportunities.
• Work alongside branch teams to enhance customer service, equipment utilization, and overall business performance.
• Assist with operational initiatives, including branch visits, audits, staffing support, and the resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to formulate and implement strategic sales plans.
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, sales management, or operational leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the equipment rental, construction, industrial, or transportation sectors is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strategic mindset focused on growth and customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across SLC, Eastern Idaho, Western Wyoming, and HQ in Denver.
