• Engage with clients to assess their technical training and safety requirements

• Design training solutions based on top-tier industry offerings

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients

• Represent HSS Training at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop training packages that adapt to changing market demands

• Offer technical expertise on products and services

• Assist clients in achieving compliance, safety, and operational objectives

• Aid clients in making informed choices regarding training, equipment, and workplace safety

• Relevant experience in sales or technical consultancy

• Strong enthusiasm for workplace safety and training solutions

• Capability to simplify technical concepts into practical, comprehensible advice

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proactive mindset in cultivating relationships and fostering business growth

• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Competence in working towards and surpassing KPIs and targets
