This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve and surpass designated sales goals by securing new accounts and enhancing revenues from current customer installations.
• Discover potential clients through cold calling, following up on leads, and conducting in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with senior executives and decision-makers within the designated region.
• Showcase and demonstrate ExtraHop products to clients.
• Provide insights on customer, competitor, and field intelligence.
• Convey the benefits of the Agentic Enterprise and decision-grade intelligence.
• Assist clients in transitioning to proactive, autonomous SOC workflows.
• Market visibility across the entire AI landscape, including traffic patterns and interactions of AI models.
• Position ExtraHop as a fundamental source of truth for analysts and autonomous AI agents.
• Spot opportunities to counter AI-driven attacks, identity-based threats, and shadow AI practices.
• Develop and execute strategic sales account strategies.
• Liaise with resellers, field sales engineers, and management throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with resellers to expand business within the territory.
• Generate and maintain precise sales forecasts for the territory.
• Engage in networking within customer and associated organizations.
• A four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer science, business, or engineering.
• A minimum of five years of experience in technology sales with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
• At least three years of experience in security sales.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency to effectively communicate ExtraHop's value proposition.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the modern SOC environment, Agentic SOC, and run-time asset visibility.
• Proven track record in selling NDR or complex security solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure.
• Ability to articulate the risks associated with AI adoption and the significance of visibility and governance throughout the AI landscape.
• Experience aligning sales strategies to reduce mean time to detect/respond and enhance security ROI.
• Strong proficiency in AI.
• Established ability to secure meetings and finalize deals with senior executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN optimization technologies is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with senior-level contacts across enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
• Experience in software/hardware sales and distribution with major software, hardware, and/or networking companies.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
