Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Proactively set the strategic direction for Wholesale Distribution and Contractor Partnerships.

• Develop annual strategic business plans and maintain regional project tracking logs.

• Foster robust relationships with engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors.

• Oversee business operations to achieve sustained year-over-year growth.

• Engage with contractors, engineers, owners, and distributors to cultivate long-lasting partnerships.

• Participate in industry meetings, events, and significant trade shows.

• Deliver product presentations to engineers, owners, and contractors using PowerPoint or through detailed discussions.

• Utilize Salesforce.com to track projects, contractors, engineers, and contact information in commercial sectors.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive territorial growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.

• Previous outside sales experience with a focus on business development and a solid understanding of consultative selling.

• Familiarity with valve and piping systems, product applications, specifications, automation systems, industrial manufacturing, mechanical/plumbing contractors, and PVF distribution.

• Strong organizational skills paired with mechanical aptitude.

• Capability to manage extensive territories.

• Excellent prioritization, planning, and reporting abilities.

• A self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
