This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build relationships with dealers and OEMs in the commercial equipment sector, concentrating on construction and agriculture.
• Discover and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.
• Support existing clients by presenting proposals that address their needs, concerns, and goals.
• Collaborate directly with equipment dealers and dealer groups regarding training, marketing, and dealer-related issues.
• Offer training and assistance for the online quoting system to F&I managers, sales managers, sales personnel, and dealer principals.
• Organize and participate in visits with current and prospective dealer staff.
• Work together with OEM Finance and Insurance teams to enhance the sales of company products and services.
• Inform customers and raise awareness about available products and services.
• Seek out and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with dealers and OEM accounts.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports and dealer updates.
• Create and present proposals to both individual and group customers.
• Engage in direct interactions with dealer sales teams.
• Conduct weekly follow-up calls and provide additional training following sales visits.
• Attend equipment trade shows and conventions, manage booths, and engage with dealers and staff.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development and sales.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience selling Finance & Insurance products, such as insurance, service contracts, or extended warranties, within the commercial equipment sector.
• A goal-oriented self-starter with a positive mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and tech skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of the commercial agriculture and construction equipment markets and dealer networks.
• In-depth knowledge of the commercial equipment lending industry.
• Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50–65% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is advantageous.
• Overnight travel approximately 50–65% of the time.
• Salary range between $74,600.00 and $124,700.00.
• Conduct video virtual interviews.
• Mandatory identity verification process, which may include biometric technology as permitted by law.
