This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and execute an account strategy for each facility.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within facilities.
• Utilize divisional resources to proactively address facility-level customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Guide sales representatives in implementing and fulfilling sales demand strategies.
• Provide sales representatives with necessary support, oversight, and customer engagement to meet or exceed sales projections.
• Effectively utilize personnel, processes, programs, tools, and technology to satisfy customer requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate Demand and Access resources to cater to facility-level demands.
• Create cost-benefit analyses at the facility level to allocate resources and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with MedTech Surgery to fulfill facility requirements.
• Review contract issues and provide recommendations based on financial assessments.
• Employ business insight tools to pinpoint facility-specific growth opportunities.
• Lead a team of sales representatives and carry out field visits to enhance selling skills.
• Mentor sales representatives and assist in their professional development and career advancement.
• Recruit and onboard capable sales associates.
• Steer the team through a clear, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive sales process.
• Address customer product inquiries and objections while delivering sales presentations.
• Comprehend the appropriate surgical applications of products within specified specialties and coach representatives on customer targeting and segmentation.
• Operate in accordance with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent business and/or leadership experience is required.
• At least 5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or commercial functional experience is strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and training is required.
• 1–2 years of direct leadership experience managing a team of employees.
• Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program and/or holding an interim RSM role for 6+ months is preferred.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time is necessary.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Apple applications are expected.
• Ability to understand the appropriate surgical applications of products within defined surgical specialties.
• Familiarity with Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other Johnson & Johnson policies and procedures.
