Regional Maintenance Support Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute work orders, prepare vacant apartments, and undertake special projects or additional tasks as designated by the Regional Service Director.

• Support the Regional Service Director in developing budgets for annual common maintenance and capital projects for the upcoming year.

• Assist with property inspections to identify safety concerns, ensure code compliance, and adhere to Hawthorne company policies.

• Provide assigned technical maintenance support.

• Maintain weekly communication with the Regional Service Director regarding progress, challenges, and issues.

• Adhere to Hawthorne's procedures, policies, quality standards, and expectations for professional appearance.

• Assist with various tasks or projects as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Regional Service Director to ensure all needs are addressed.
