Regional Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the repairs and maintenance of the physical facilities and grounds of each hotel within the region.

• Safeguard company assets in a secure and economical manner in line with company programs and procedures.

• Oversee necessary repair tasks.

• Supervise preventive maintenance protocols.

• Educate property maintenance staff on effective maintenance techniques.

• Assess building issues and propose repair solutions, including cost estimates.

• Liaise with hotel managers and staff.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations and ordinances.

• General understanding of building maintenance principles and practices.

• Proficiency in repairing intricate heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Capability to assess building issues and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Ability to generate cost estimates for repairs.

• Competence in communicating clearly with managers and hotel staff.

• Skill to train others in effective maintenance strategies.

• Familiarity with local regulations and ordinances.
