This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop a strategy focused on sales and relationship cultivation for the firm.

• Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth and managing client relationships.

• Utilize industry insights to analyze trends and competitor offerings.

• Oversee all facets of client partnerships to ensure satisfaction and adherence to compliance.

• Provide mentorship and support to junior professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 10 years of pertinent work experience.

• Established relationships with Wires, Independents, and Regional Broker Dealers.

• Proficient understanding of Broker/Dealer product platforms.

• CFA, CFP, CIMA, or MBA designation.
