Regional Income Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in sales initiatives within the New Jersey market and designated region.

• Foster relationships and enhance production in existing accounts.

• Acquire referrals for new Finance & Insurance business opportunities from large franchised automotive dealers.

• Support performance and key initiatives aimed at driving dealership growth and profitability.

• Provide continuous training and development within dealerships.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders through email, intranet, and newsletters.

• Participate in conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing strategies as required.

• Adapt to evolving customer account technology and IT needs.

• Secure internal support to maintain robust customer relationships.

• Contribute to growth and profitability through sales related to the Finance & Insurance business portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of experience in sales OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in sales.

• The ideal candidate should reside in the New Jersey area.

• Must possess a valid driver's license; all candidates will undergo a driving record verification.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.

• Experience in dealership training.

• Advanced technological knowledge within the dealership environment.

• Basic understanding of all Finance & Insurance products.

• Familiarity with warranty claims techniques and terminology.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
