Regional Director, Digital Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of more than 10 local Marketing Sales Managers, each responsible for achieving specific revenue targets.

• Deliver client-facing presentations alongside local Sales and Marketing Specialists and regional advertising clients.

• Formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client retention while ensuring the success of Sales and Marketing Specialists in market penetration, average deal size, and overall revenue.

• Collaborate with delivery personnel, ad operations, and vendors to establish the most effective workflows for all fulfillment tasks.

• Identify, evaluate, and report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to client success.

• Provide the VP of Digital Sales with a monthly outlook and revenue forecast.

• Work together with the VP of Digital Sales and Sinclair Broadcast leadership in the market to set objectives and key results.

• Coordinate closely with sales management and corporate teams to ensure alignment and support for sales and operations.

• Perform additional related duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in traditional and/or digital media sales.

• Experience managing a large multi-state territory.

• Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in sales management is preferred.
