This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver customer service support to local branch managers and clients.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Handle phone inquiries and manage incoming requests.
• Follow up with clients, clinicians, and caregivers regarding outstanding orders.
• Respond to a high volume of sub-regional calls and conduct follow-up communications.
• Organize evaluations, deliveries, repairs, and scheduling of appointments.
• Assist with processing work orders, which includes verifying client information, entering equipment details, and checking funding eligibility.
• Conduct data entry and scan documents received.
• Maintain filing of documents and folders.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures, completing any required training.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Uphold consistent and reliable attendance.
• Achieve performance metrics related to client satisfaction, queue compliance, follow-up timing, scheduling, and phone metrics.
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Proficiency in communication.
• Competence in computer use.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Focus on customer/client satisfaction.
• Capability to maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to utilize computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
• Capable of talking, hearing, sitting, repetitively using hands, and frequently reaching with hands and arms.
