This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide leadership in academic affairs for all sonography programs within the organization.
• Ensure uniformity in curriculum execution, teaching quality, and student achievement outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to identify academic priorities and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the corporate subject matter expert in sonography education and instructional best practices.
• Engage in strategic planning for the growth and development of sonography programs.
• Oversee curriculum planning, evaluation, revision, and implementation.
• Ensure that the curriculum is in line with institutional learning outcomes and professional standards.
• Oversee accreditation, credentialing, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Inform campus leadership of regulatory changes and strategies for implementation.
• Assist with accreditation efforts, including annual reporting and site evaluations.
• Track credentialing results and suggest corrective measures when necessary.
• Aid in the implementation of new programs and updates to the curriculum.
• Assist with student academic issues that require corporate-level guidance.
• Support campuses during accreditation assessments and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain instructional qualifications necessary for teaching in CHCP sonography programs.
• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, hybrid, or online instruction as needed to support faculty operations.
• Analyze academic performance and credentialing metrics.
• Create reports and recommendations for leadership review.
• Monitor ongoing improvement initiatives utilizing outcome measures.
• RDMS registered with proficiency in at least two of the following modalities: Abdomen (AB), Adult Echocardiography (AE), Breast (BR), Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN), Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI), Vascular Technology (VT).
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in sonography.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or academic capacity.
• Experience with CAAHEP-accredited sonography programs is essential.
• Familiarity with ARRT, ARDMS, and SPI standards.
• Preferred experience in multi-campus or corporate academic oversight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data entry tasks.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed campuses.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
