This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver technical sales assistance at the regional level to clients (architects and building owners) to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Oversee architectural sales and demand generation activities within the designated region.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive revenue by incorporating FiberTite’s roofing components into building project design specifications.
• Manage specification efforts alongside building enclosure consultants, architects, engineers, and other key influencers.
• Aid in drafting specifications that align with KEE and ASTM D6754 standards whenever feasible, while reviewing and comprehending project details and blueprints.
• Engage with architects, engineers, and design community members in both private and public sectors across the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including leads from Dodge and similar programs.
• Advocate and highlight FiberTite’s unique value proposition centered on quality performance.
• Maintain regular communication with FiberTite sales managers and representatives regarding project timelines and suitable roofing contractor involvement.
• Record leads, customer profiles, and opportunities using Seaman 360.
• Conduct in-person lunch & learn seminars or online virtual presentations, including AIA sessions.
• Adhere to FiberTite’s environmental and safety protocols.
• Support and drive additional projects as they emerge, including pre-bid job site visits.
• An Associate’s degree is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally focused on the architectural sector.
• Must have obtained CDT or CCPR certifications through CSI or be willing to achieve certification within the next year (company-sponsored).
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specification needs is essential.
• Comfortable presenting to both large and small audiences.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, WORD, EXCEL, ADOBE, and PPT.
• Knowledge of building materials and building envelope systems is advantageous.
