Refund & Chargeback Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and manage customer chargebacks.

• Process refunds utilizing the company's ERP system.

• Oversee UPS investigations and claims.

• Examine suspicious or fraudulent activities on accounts.

• Generate daily and weekly reports.

• Reach out to customers to address payment-related issues.

• Escalate critical account matters when needed.

• Support projects, training, and various operational tasks.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in chargebacks, refunds, financial analysis, payment processing, or similar fields is preferred.

• Exceptional English communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• High degree of attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Capability to work independently and handle confidential information.

• Adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven.
