• Acquisition, consultation, and support of prospective clients.

• Conducting digital online information sessions.

• Assessing needs and creating proposals.

• Advising on funding opportunities and assisting with applications.

• Competitive analysis and research on funding options.

• General organizational tasks such as database maintenance.

• Professional experience in customer relationship management.

• Proficient in MS Office and new media.

• Experience with MS Dynamics.

• Background in consulting.

• Knowledge of IHK qualifications for higher vocational education.
