This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Develop and publish job advertisements for vacant positions.
• Organize interview schedules, including rescheduling and managing candidate communications for ongoing recruitment efforts.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers by managing scheduling and recruitment logistics.
• Keep candidate information up-to-date and well-organized in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby.
• Oversee the coordination of onboarding tasks for new hires, collaborating cross-functionally with the People Operations team.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters by handling tasks such as initiating job requisitions and managing interview arrangements.
• Ensure candidates receive prompt and professional communication throughout the interview process.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or operations, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using Ashby (essential).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities at once.
• Experience in scheduling interviews across various time zones.
• Tech-savvy, with a quick adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive experience for candidates.
