Recruiter, Registered Nurses – Temp Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified Registered Nurses (RN) candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and various sourcing channels.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to comprehend staffing requirements, position specifications, and hiring priorities.

• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future nursing recruitment needs.

• Employ applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to monitor activities and keep precise candidate records.

• Organize and schedule candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience that reflects the organization's values and culture.

• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and candidate movement.

• Support special recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Experience in recruiting for home health, hospital, managed-care, or community-based healthcare organizations.

• Understanding of healthcare licensure requirements and the nursing credentialing process.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage competing priorities.

• Experience in contract recruiting or staffing agencies is preferred.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.

• A collaborative team-player mindset.
