This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Identify and source qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and various other sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification interviews with candidates.
• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements.
• Assist in recruitment projects across international markets.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Achieve project deadlines and meet recruitment KPIs.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Prior involvement in international or global recruitment initiatives.
• Experience in recruiting across various regions, including the GCC, Europe, North America, or APAC, is advantageous.
• Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or equivalent systems.
• Excellent sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
